We also provide customer support services for bookings made on our Website. These terms apply to these booking services.

When you book a Travel Product, your booking is also subject to the relevant Supplier's terms and conditions (for e.g., the airline's or the hotel's terms and conditions). It is important that you read these, as they form a separate legal agreement between you and the relevant Supplier. There is more information on this in each of the Travel Product sections below. If there are any inconsistencies between the Supplier's terms and conditions and these terms, these terms apply.

Different terms and conditions (such as cancellation and change rights) apply to different Travel Products, these will be made available to you during your booking process and form part of these terms. You should read them carefully before booking.

  • When your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us
  • We will assign a Safra.me booking number to your booking
  • You must check the details in the booking confirmation immediately
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking
  • We reserve the right to require additional information to validate your booking
  • When using our booking services you shall not:

  • Use an invalid bank card or unauthorized account
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
  • Violate any laws and regulations
  • Payment and Currency

  • When your flight ticket is issued, you will receive a "Flight Booking Confirmed" email
  • Your flight ticket will be in the form of an e-ticket for check-in
  • We will provide you with the airline's booking reference
  • Changing or Cancelling Your Booking

  • Information on change/cancellation rights is provided during booking
  • You may have selected a cheaper ticket that cannot be changed or refunded
  • Available change options may be limited by the airline
  • If your flight is changed/cancelled by the airline, their terms generally apply

    Booking Process

  • We will issue your hotel booking confirmation within the notified timeframe
  • For many rooms, confirmation is instant
  • Once confirmed, your room is guaranteed
  • If we cannot confirm your booking, we provide a full refund
  • If the hotel cannot locate your booking:

  • Don't worry - your booking is still guaranteed
  • Hotels may not have your information until closer to the booking date
  • Contact us if you have any concerns
  • Changing, Cancelling or Upgrading Your Booking

  • Information on change/cancellation rights is provided during booking

    Split Tickets (UK Only)

    If you have booked a split ticket, you will have more than one ticket for your journey. Administration fees charged by the rail operator apply to each ticket.

    Changing Trains

    If your journey requires a change of trains, ensure you are comfortable with the provided transfer time.

    This includes airport transfers, attraction tickets, car rentals, etc.
